Introduced in 2008, the Energy Performance Certificate provides information on how energy efficient a building/property is. An EPC can only be produced by a certified assessor and is valid for 10 years. Buildings are rated on a scale from A - G, with A being the most efficient.

Indication of the cost for each improvement
Detailed information and advice contained within the Recommendation Report provided with the EPC
Completion:
The finished report will be lodged with either Stroma or Elmhurst Energy who are both our Domestic Energy Assessment accreditors.
The EPC will be made available to you within 24 hours of attendance.
